Compatibility with 3rd party tripods/pier
The UPAS tripods adapter has been designed to allow the mounting of the UPAS on third party tripods. This adapter comes with a widely used hole pattern (see technical draw) to allow the most large compatibility possibilities but in case other holes would be required they can be made here at the company previous agreement.
Sequence to attach UPAS -> adapter -> tripod
The sequence to mount the UPAS on third party tripods is as shwon in the picture below: first fix the adapter on the tripod, then make slide the three fixing knob in the corresponding housing and tight the fixing knobs.
How to fix the UPAS on the tripods adapter
The UPAS is attached to the tripods adapter by screwing on the UPAS bottom dedicated housing the three provided fixing pegs and tightening them with the dedicated tightening knobs as shown in the picture below.
NOTE: bfore to attach the UPAS, the adapter must be first assembled on the tripod
